About Megan Reznicek:

Megan Reznicek is a 500HR E-RYT yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students and mentoring instructors. Her teaching is grounded in anatomical intelligence, intuitive cueing, and a deep respect for her ongoing studentship.

Megan has completed over 800 hours of yoga training, including her 500 hours of foundational Yoga Alliance certification and more than 300 additional hours of continuing education. She studied hands-on assists in-depth with top teachers at Boston’s Down Under School of Yoga, where she refined her skill in alignment, ethical touch, and intelligent support.

She’s led countless classes, workshops, and teacher trainings across the country (and world!) and is known for her compassionate, grounded, and informed approach to hands-on assists. Megan blends real world experience, yogic philosophy, and functional alignment into every training—helping teachers not only understand assists but embody them with confidence and care.

With a background in movement education and creative facilitation, Megan brings both structure and fun to this immersive weekend. You'll learn from someone who has been in the seat of the teacher for years—and who truly believes that assisting is as much an art as it is a science.

  • "This training goes above and beyond what I expected. It covers so many crucial areas in depth, has inspired me to expand my own learning and has introduced new and exciting things to me! I feel like I have a great foundation and context in a lot of aspects of yoga and am excited to dive further into the history and philosophy, as well as into ayurveda and teaching! This is a seriously life changing training. I feel that it will make me be a better version of myself!"

  • "I think the YP team has done a lot to accommodate the various needs of people and have made this a very accessible experience. The time and pacing of this program feels really manageable and I love that it has been flexible to fit a variety of schedules. When I had to miss a week, they worked with me to help me get caught up quickly. The teachers also really seem to value diversity and equity and have created an inclusive environment. The YP community is truly unlike any other. "
