Designed specifically for expecting parents, this class offers gentle yet effective movement to help relieve common discomforts, build strength, and prepare the body for labor and birth. Through intentional breathwork and mindful practices, you'll cultivate inner calm, reduce stress, and develop tools to support you through the intensity of childbirth.
