I began teaching yoga in 2015 after studying Hatha yoga at Paramanand Ashram in Indore, India. A clear before-yoga and after-yoga shift happened in my life, and I have been inspired to share that magic ever since.

In addition to continued yoga training, I've earned a master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling which has helped me to integrate Eastern philosophies with the Western experience. Beyond the yoga you see on the mat, I have experience as a postpartum doula, am a student of Synergetic Play Therapy, and focus heavily on perinatal mental health. Tending to the unique female nervous system is at the root of all that I do.

This confluence of experiences has led me to create The Embodied Mom Method- a blend of ayurveda, somatic experiencing, yoga nidra, and deep ancestral reverence that supports women on their journeys through conception, pregnancy, and parenthood.

As a mother myself, I am deeply invested in this work because I know the ripple effects of yoga and supporting mothers are profound enough to change the world!
