The live music brings a different feeling to your typical flow class. The vibration of sound being projected is felt within the body and hearing someone sing beyond the voice of the teacher is something special. This class will be formatted as our signature PearlFlow class where you will roll through a series of flows, guided by pose and then breath to movement.
