Created as a companion to our Baby & Me class, Mother Circle offers a welcoming space for mothers to rest, reflect, and connect in community. Guided by Talia Gutin — author of The Mother Self and mother of three — this class invites reconnection with yourself, your baby, and other mothers through gentle movement, meditation, open conversation, and guided reflection.
Appropriate for mothers in the early postpartum weeks and beyond; no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
Please bring anything that helps you and your baby feel comfortable (blanket, carrier, water, snacks, etc.).
