Kettlebell 4-Week Series

Description: Starting July 11th we are kicking-off KB’s with a 4-week Intro Series (with three different time options). The Intro Series is required in order to participate in drop-in classes (that we will be adding every day, starting in August)!
In the 4-week series, you will learn basic swings that will be necessary to progress in the movements! In each class through the series, you will practice the movement & then transition through a circuit for an AMAZING sweaty work-out.
It will the most productive 30 minutes of fitness you’ve ever experienced & not to mention so fun!
