Description: In The Pause is a workshop for folks who already know how to slow down, but feel uncertain about what to listen to once they do. We'll focus on refining inner awareness rather than re-establishing it.
This experience explores how clarity emerges when we reduce interference and give the body time to respond on its own terms. Participants can expect a slow, unhurried yoga practice with simple, repeated shapes and intentional pauses to feel the effects of movement rather than moving continuously.
There will be extended moments of stillness, minimal cueing, and guided breathwork designed to quiet mental urgency without suppressing thought. Throughout the workshop, attention is placed on noticing differences — between tension and effort, impulse and intuition, urgency and steadiness. Guided reflection and meditation will support tracking sensation, timing, and internal tone rather than analyzing experiences or searching for meaning. In The Pause is subtle, spacious, and deliberate.
Participants leave with a clearer sense of how embodied clarity feels in real time, and how to access it without force or overthinking.
