Full Moon Hike + Yoga + Sound Healing

Location: Old Kiln Trail at Foothills Community Park

Description: Celebrate the Full Moon with movement, music, and community under the open sky. Meet at Foothills Park playground!

After the hike led by Gizem, we'll settle into an outdoor Slow Flow practice in the grass, guided by the glow of electric candles and sound healing led by Cree.

What to know before you go:

• Arrive early to find parking

• Bring your mat but leave it in the car — you won't need it for the hike, just for the yoga practice after

• Wear layers and dress for the weather

• Meeting spot is Foothills Park Playground!

All levels welcome. Come ready to move, breathe, and take in the beauty of the Full Moon. 🌕
