SlowFlow is a mellow vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses. Expect this class to include both moments of challenging flow and longer more restorative postures, ending with soothing sound bowls in Savasana. This class was designed to take care of the body for increased functionality and joy! The goal of this practice is to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
