Description: Join both of our sound healers, Kerry + Valerie, for a very special Yoga Class and Sound Bath for the Autumn Equinox.
Start off with some gentle yoga to wash away the day and prepare to rest and feel the balance of the equinox with a sound bath.
We'll be layering our sound healing throughout the class and bringing an ocean drum, a Navajo rattle, Himalayan singing bowls, elemental chimes, and two gongs!
This class will be held at North Boulder Park. We will set up in the grass on 9th Street between Balsam and Cedar.
