at Yoga Pearl North Boulder
Description: We will chant and flow to immerse ourselves in the essence of Vishnu, who asks of us to continue to find ways to open our hearts to ourselves. He was the cow herder, and we will delve into aspects of cow face pose, to consider various ways of being mindful and unapologetic in who we are.
Free parking is available on the street as well as in the lot behind the studio. The lot is accessible from Broadway by heading east on Zamia Avenue. Although the spots are numbered, you are welcome to park in any of them.

In 2006, I completed yoga teacher training and have been the President of Mandala Monkey LLC for yoga instruction, now to include counseling.
