I began my journey in the world of yoga a few years ago. What started as simple curiosity soon unfolded into a path of deep connection—with my body, my breath, and the world around me. Through dedicated practice, I discovered that yoga is much more than movement; it is a way of being, of listening, and of living with presence. I am a dancer and a social person who loves being around children and animals. I’m a cat mom to two beautiful siblings,a girl and a boy, who are my special family along with my partner. I am a certified Ontological Coach and have completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-200), followed by 30 hours of Restorative Yoga training and 20 hours of Yin Yoga training. Teaching yoga is one of my greatest joys. I love holding space for students to explore, reconnect, and find their own rhythm within this beautiful practice of self-awareness, healing, and becoming.
