Movement is a part of Sarah’s life in a big way. She completed her first teacher training with Patrick Beach & Carling Harps and regularly practices and teaches their “Awakening Yoga” system - a practice designed for modern bodies but yet still holds the ritualistic aspects of a traditional yoga practice. Sarah is also trained in Rocket and Restorative yoga. Sarah’s main focus in both her personal practice and teaching is handbalancing. She is coached by international handbalaner, Sammy Dinneen and holds annual handbalancing/yoga retreats with him. Sarah’s teaching brings a balanced practice that embraces both effort and ease. And of course some playtime with
handstands and arm balances!
