I discovered yoga in 2012. There was a studio next to my apartment offering 1 week free. I began taking classes. It started with once a week, but within six months, I was a daily student. Very quickly, I realized my yoga practice was the highlight of my day.
Fast forward to 2015 I found myself interested in a 12-week Yoga Teacher Training. I joined initially out of personal interest, but by the end of the first month, I knew that I wanted to make yoga my career, not just my hobby. I got my first teaching job upon graduating, and to date, I’ve taught in five different studios across the country from Florida to Nevada, and a few states in between. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength, flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility working in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe. I look forward to leading you in practice, or having my mat next to yours attending class.
