I started practicing yoga in 2017. After my very first Savasana, I knew I wanted to keep coming back to the mat — a lifelong journey on this yogic path had just begun. Shortly after moving to the US, I completed my 200hr Teacher Training in Chicago, followed by Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor's month-long teacher's intensive in 2022, pranayama training in 2023, and most recently a Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Pearl. My approach is rooted in breath, movement, and alignment. I am deeply dedicated to the Ashtanga tradition and aim to create a joyful, grounded space where practitioners build strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement. Alongside yoga, I'm an artist with a degree in fine arts, currently working in geometric abstraction. The same qualities I seek on the mat — presence, balance, and flow — show up in both practices. When I'm not teaching you can find me painting, reading at local coffee shops, hiking, or slack-lining. I'm excited to meet you on the mat!
