Erin began her teaching journey over 8 years ago after completing her 200-hour Vinyasa training in Seattle, Washington. Since then, she has taught across the country, from Seattle to Crested Butte to Miami, Florida, and has now found her way back to the mountains in Boulder.
Erin is a hands-on instructor who brings a balance of strength, whimsy, and intentionality to her classes. Her Vinyasa classes are dynamic with an emphasis on thoughtful sequencing, posture alignment, and functional movement. She encourages students to explore their edge while staying connected to their breath, listening to their bodies, and—most importantly—finding joy in their practice.
More recently, Erin completed advanced training in anatomy and Myofascial Release, which led her to develop a popular MFR-based class in Miami. She fell in love with the practice and the way it can help us better understand and connect with our bodies. She’s excited to share that magic with the Boulder community.
