Allison is a contagiously optimistic yoga and mindfulness teacher. She swapped the hustle and bustle of working in NYC, for the grounded energy of Boulder in 2022. Allison has expanded her knowledge and teachings through trainings in yin, the nervous system, and prenatal yoga. She is deeply passionate about her work as a trauma-informed teacher with the non-profit Exhale to Inhale. When you experience a class with Allison, she compassionately guides you through practices rooted in scientific research to enhance your wellbeing. She makes living mindfully accessible and fun!
