Hi! I am certified Yoga teacher with a background in Psychology and a deep passion for intentional movement. I completed my 200 Hour YTT in 2023 and now teach Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation with a focus on presence, breath, and inner connection.

Yoga has always been in my community, but it truly found me in 2020 during the COVID pandemic. Locked up with nowhere to go, I found movement as a way to not only keep me sane, but keep me connected to myself and the Source. Since then, my practice has allowed me to grow and transform in ways I could never imagine. Spiritually, physically, emotionally, Yoga has become a holistic path that inspires the way I live my life everyday.

Off the mat, I love hiking, dancing, spending time with loved ones, and soaking up the sun. I’m always dreaming up ways to blend movement, creativity, and soulful connection — and I’m so grateful to share this path with you.
