“Yoga found me!” Yoga is so much more than just the poses, it’s about the whole you and the space you hold for yourself and others on and off the mat.

I experienced a traumatic event in 2010, it was through this journey that yoga found me. My practice allowed me to hold space for myself while I processed, sat with, and eventually came to terms with what I call “the life changing event” that I thought I would never face. Allowing myself to embody yoga from the depths of my soul; my practice brought me peace, courage, and a heart to hold space and serve others. My practice started solely with Hot Yoga for years, it was through my Yoga Teacher Training I fell in love with Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. Breath to movement and allowing your mind, body, and soul to experience all that your practice has to offer you is a gift.

My heart’s desire is to teach and practice with authenticity while holding space for others to connect to their true self. “Holding space for you and others cultivates a sense of unity and peace and allows you to become grounded, focused, and centered.” Somedays we show up and need strength, compassion or patience, and other days we show up just to hold space for others. There is no right or wrong, it is community.

I am grateful and look forward to sharing this journey with you.
