FAQ’s

  • Click ‘BOOK’ next to the class on the schedule you would like to take and create a MindBodyOnline username and password if you do not already have an account. Use it to schedule, purchase classes and track your visit history.

  • Yes! Most of our classes are all levels and very accommodating with modifications and pose adjustments based on your needs. We recommend letting the teacher know any of your needs or concerns before the start of class so they can offer modifications and keep an eye on you throughout class. If a class title does not specify ‘Beginner’ or ‘Advanced’ it is all levels.

  • YES. Our clients range from marathon runners, avid cyclists, rock climbers, dance professionals, and many other types of athletes to complete beginners. In our vinyasa and hatha classes you will learn how to connect with your body and movement while our yin and restorative classes will balance your other activities to help you and your muscles relax. We believe balancing Yoga with other workouts is the most beneficial way to keep your body safe and happy.

  • Up to your preference. If you are totally new to yoga, we recommend having a one-on-one with one of our teachers so you can learn postures before jumping into a vinyasa class. If a private does not interest you, we suggest starting with a Slow Flow class before moving to Vinyasa so you can feel the postures in your body before moving to a faster pace class.

If you have a severe medical condition, chronic back pain, or painful joints, we recommend that you take a private session first so that we can work with you on finding the best adjustments and classes for you. Please contact us at info@yogapearl.com and we'll work with you to figure out the best plan.

  • Yes, if you are pregnant you can attend class based on your comfort level. Please arrive early enough that you can speak with the teacher so they can offer up modifications and adjustments that work for you. Please contact us and/or your care provider if you have any questions.

We also have Prenatal Classes the 1st Friday of each month. See schedule for details and times.

  • Listen to your body. It is safe to come to class everyday but we always recommend a mix of classes to give your body some time to rest.

  • Kids 16 and older can come to class without an adult. Those under 16 we ask to attend with an adult or have a parent/guardian consent when they drop them off.

We do offer family yoga for parents with kids ages 2-12 as well as Baby + Me classes. See our schedule for those classes.

  • No, we do not offer childcare as we do not have the space or staff to supervise children during classes. Children who are brought to Yoga Pearl while their parents are in class are left unsupervised as our hosts have responsibilities that take them away from the front desk while classes are in session. For the safety of your children we ask that you leave your children at home while taking classes. Children 12 years or older, who can be left unsupervised, are welcome to wait for you in the studio as you take classes.

  • Class Cancelation: We allow class reservation cancellations up until the start of class time with no penalties. If you do not cancel your reservation and simply do not show up for class, you will lose your class credit or be charged a $5 No-Show Fee if you are a Member or Single Month Unlimited Pass holder.

Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership we require a 7-day notice by email. Membership charges that are processed without a cancellation notice will not be refunded.

  • Yes. If a class is full, click "Sign Up" and then choose the waitlist option. This will put you in line if someone cancels.

  • If a spot opens up, you will automatically be added to the class, and you will be notified of this via email. Once this happens, normal cancellation and no-show policies will apply. If you are on the waitlist and you decide you no longer want to attend the class, you should remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid no-show fees in the case that you are added to the class.
