labor day schedule—monday, sept 6
Friday night will focus on a Kidney Yin practice and an overview of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with a basic breathing meditation session. Saturday will center around a liver Yin practice and the first two foundations of Mindfulness, while Sunday will include a heart and lung practice and teachings on the third and fourth foundations of Mindfulness practice. Please note As Sarah teaches in a progressive manner, she asks that you come to the whole weekend.
