Favorite thing to do in Boulder: My favorite thing to do in Boulder is go on a morning hike in the area, followed by a coffee and pastry from Boxcar Coffee Roasters or Spruce Confections.

Originally drawn to yoga as an avenue for integrating trauma, I completed my Trauma-Sensitive RYT-200 in 2021 with SoulWork, an Integrative-Somatic Trauma Therapy program with The Embody Lab in 2021, and my Yin Yoga certification in the spring of 2022 with Yoga Pearl. Coming from extensive training in contemporary dance, specifically release technique and Spiral Body Techniques™, I am passionate about honoring the body as a source of innate wisdom and igniting pleasure and ease through movement. I value the practice of asana as a pathway for returning home to the body and the ways in which it contributes to a more thoughtful, introspective, compassionate way of living.

I delight in teaching creative flows that invite moment-to-moment awareness in the body and that offer space for each individual to honor their unique practice. Through my classes, I hope to support others in exploring new and familiar ways of moving, along with cultivating opportunities for alignment - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

When I'm not teaching yoga, I can be found dancing with Wild Heart Dance Company and other freelance artists, working with Boulder Symphony & Music Academy, and loving on my partner, friends, and family. I love wandering outside and admiring trees, reading, and welcoming awe and play.

I am grateful for all those with whom I connect, and I invite you to practice with me soon!
