At the core of my yoga philosophy lies a deep fascination and adoration with the human body—the extraordinary vessel that houses our essence. I am continuously captivated by its complexity and divine design. Throughout the last 30 years, my yoga practice has become a celebration of the interconnectedness between the mind, body, and spirit—a journey guided by the wisdom of the breath and the subtle nuances of the energetic body.

The stillness and mindfulness cultivated through meditation and yoga is the source of my intuition and serves as a guiding light in my teachings.

Rooted in a diverse professional background encompassing chiropractic care, nutrition, positive psychology, and medical intuition, I bring a unique blend of science and spirituality to my teachings. My intention is to guide you towards optimal wellbeing by addressing the physical, mental, and energetic facets of your being.

In this phase of my life, it is time to guide others towards embodiment as others have done for me! It will be my honor to hold sacred space for you on and off the mat. My heart is open to you all!
