Monika started practicing Yoga in 2000, in an effort to prevent running injuries, and fell in love with the practice. She completed her 200-hour RYT in January, 2004, and her 500-Hour RYT in 2017 through Yoga Medicine.
Over the years, she added therapeutic work, Corrective Exercise, and Pilates, tailoring small group and private sessions to specific needs.
Her greatest reward is seeing clients find confidence in their body, the power of breath, and the mind-body connection.
