Meegan Gregg comes to Yoga Pearl as the creator of The Way–a workout with an athletic flow that aims to build grounding, functional strength while creating focus on the present moment. Her workouts are energetic, butt building, and sweaty and she believes that moving in sync with the beat feels right. Meegan has her 200 hour certification through Jill Knouse’s Elevate program and incorporates a strong sense of athleticism and biomechanics into power vinyasa and vinyasa flow.
Before teaching yoga and The Way, Meegan was a master trainer with barre3, a Portland-based barre workout. In 2014, she spent a year in New York, where she opened barre3’s flagship studio in the West Village. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and a Portland native.
