Back in the late 90s, Leah added yoga to her list of electives. She didn’t know much about yoga, but it fit her schedule. As her practice deepened and yoga became a constant, teacher training seemed the next logical step. Active since childhood, yoga provides the perfect balance not just physically, but mentally as well. Leah loves the freedom of flowing in a Vinyasa class, as well as the deep stretches of restorative and yin. Her teaching style incorporates strength, flexibility, alignment and balance. Leah keeps her classes approachable yet challenging, fun and engaging. There is nothing better than getting truly lost in the flow.
Leah has run a number of yoga retreats in Mexico over the years. The fact that yoga is the common link bringing people together makes her heart happy. This is why she teaches.
When not teaching or practicing, Leah is also a personal trainer, cycling instructor, mom of two, carpooler, dinner maker, and wine drinker.
