Bonnie Weeks

With an emphasis on mindful movement, Bonnie believes yoga is awareness we not only build on the mat, but a lifestyle we carry with us. To make it sustainable, her flow embraces mobility, stability, and strength. This definitely includes a love for core work, arm balances, and inversions. Her classes fuse her love for fitness with yoga that leaves you sweaty and feeling powerful. She believes that when we come as we are, pay attention, and play with our movement we are our best selves. 

As a trainer, Bonnie has found yoga to be a great compliment to weight lifting. "I want people to feel strong in their bodies. It makes them feel strong in their heads." Her mission is to empower others to step into their own strength and awareness. Using her vinyasa love, hatha training, and inversion play she creates a yoga class the builds confidence and presence.
