Patti uses the yoga tools to find balance and ease of living in our body, mind, heart, and spirit. She has trained with Joseph LePage, Nischala Joy Devi, Tom Myers, and Katherine Templeton among others at Kripalu, Himalyan Institute, and Satchidananda Ashram. Patti has extensive experience working with clients with various conditions and she is associated with Legacy Health to work with cancer patients.

 

 

WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?

Yoga therapy uses the ancient science of yoga and Ayurveda to enhance your health and wellness. Equal emphasis is placed on the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of being to enhance your wellness objectives. Focusing on your unique path of healing yoga therapy uses the tools of breath, movement, fascia release, visualization, and meditation. The role of the yoga therapist is to create and guide you through a healing program based upon your individual needs and with your participation facilitates your healing journey.
