In this series you will learn the history of yoga and how it correlates with modern life, fundamental posture alignment, pranayama (breath) techniques, and how yoga aligns with the seasons. This workshop series is for someone that is brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi looking to return to the fundamentals. Either way, you will complete the three week series with the confidence to evolve your practice. There will be plenty of time for question & answers and hands on adjustments as we return to the basics.
Workshop Refund Policy
Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
