What can you do when the mind is clouded and you are overcome with emotions such as sadness, anger, anxiety, jealousy and attachment? This Vinyasa Flow workshop led by Reema will work through kleshas, a Sanskrit word meaning “thoughts and emotions that disturb the mind.” Drawing upon classical teachings of Indian and Tibetan Yoga and Ayurveda in conjunction with new studies in Psychotherapy and Neuroscience, the work will include a special emphasis on how different emotions affect physical wellbeing. You will learn asana and meditation sequences specifically designed to move through the major kleshas, loosen physical knots in the body, and create a platform within for vibrant mental and physical health.



Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
