Stress and old compensatory patterns in the body can leave us feeling drained, in pain and ultimately less efficient in our day to day lives. In this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through a series of poses and techniques to effectively mobilize and hydrate soft tissues, easing tension and bringing fresh blood flow to tired, stiff muscles. We’ll use tennis balls, props, pranayama and our own hands to explore commonly tight areas such as the hips, low back, neck and shoulders. We’ll also work with some of our lesser thought about, but equally worthy of our attention areas such as the hands and soles of the feet. Feel free to bring a pen and paper to ask questions and take notes after.

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
