This dynamic and thoughtful series is designed for both those new to yoga and the seasoned yogi who desires to get back to the roots of their practice. We will explore the most common yoga poses with a focus on alignment and breath. There will be plenty of visual demonstrations, discussion, and physical adjustment if desired. Yoga philosophy will be introduced. Each student will build a foundation upon which they can begin or deepen a personal practice. Expect to have fun and learn a lot in a supportive, inquisitive environment. Get ready to get excited about yoga!

Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
