Back to Basics is a workshop for both the beginner and seasoned practioner who wants to explore the fundamental elements of yoga with a beginners mind. Each session will incorporate yoga philosophy; the anatomy/alignment of yoga posture (asana); breathing (pranayama) and a short meditation/contemplation practice. We will bring all of these elements of a yoga practice together in class to foster balance and well-being. Each week will have a specific asana focus so that we can delve into both the anatomical and energetic aspects of poses.
