Sun/Moon. Heating/Cooling. Active/Receptive. Literally translated as “to join with force,” the principles of Hatha are at the root of all physical yoga styles we practice today. In total old school style, Hatha encompasses a full spectrum practice that combines classical postures (asana) with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, to build strength, increase flexibility and cultivate relaxed awareness. In this workshop, we will take a deep dive into the subtly powerful, resonant practices of the Hatha tradition as a path to nourishing equanimity in body, breath and mind. 

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
