The skills you have acquired through your yoga practice can be transferred brilliantly to the domain of managing your emotions in constructive, nourishing ways. 

This afternoon workshop will introduce you to techniques to become acutely aware of the inner process of an emotional episode.  We will explore self awareness practices developed by a world class team of meditators and scientists, as well as a dynamic, unique flow of asana.  All levels welcome. Bring a notebook and yoga mat! 

Reema Datta is an Ayurvedic food guru and avid practitioner of Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Vedanta. She passionately weaves powerful meditations rooted in Indian and Tibetan Yoga with dynamic vinyasa. Her family in rooted in the yogic practices and Reema has been sharing her passion for this path with others for more than ten years.

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Thanks for your understanding.
