This day of workshops will explore our ability to stay clear in our vision and recommit to our purpose.  Whether it’s new years resolutions or ongoing goals, it’s always helpful to check in and get clear in your direction.  We will explore the balance of doing & non-doing in our practice and some of the obstacles along the way.   The first workshop will be a powerful sweaty class exploring the idea of stability in an ever changing environ- ment that is our lives & our yoga practice with some fun bits to play with along the way.  This will be a sweaty vinyasa flow with tunes to help release & transform whatever obstacles are in your path.  The second work- shop will begin by looking at some of the challenges of arm balancing and ways to approach them while staying true to your purpose.  This will be followed by a luscious myofascial release session to unveil some clarity for a finishing meditation to leave you re-inspired & refreshed.

Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
