The Feldenkrais Method is a form of somatic education in which mindful movement is performed in order to uncover neuromuscular patterns and expand options for new, more efficient ways of moving, thinking and feeling. Whether you’re recovering from injury, wanting to improve performance of a physical activity, or looking to enhance your creativity and relationships, The Feldenkrais Method is for you! Join Alice for an overview of the origins and principles of the method, interspersed with a sampling of lessons that will give you experiential understanding as well. Immediately following the 90 minute workshop,you’ll have the option to attend the regularly scheduled class to reinforce your learning with an hour-long lesson. Experience firsthand how learning to effort less and feel more can not only improve your physical activities, but also bring about a profound sense of well being.

 

Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
