The loss of a loved one may find you feeling out of harmony and off balance, unsure of what to expect at any given moment. Never is the union of body, mind and spirit more apparent than while grieving– your heart literally hurts, your thoughts may seem uncontrollable. Learn how the principles of yoga can be used to provide appropriate self-care and also lead you to a new awareness of what grief actually is. This 3 hour workshop will include group discussion, awareness exercises, and gentle yoga postures. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook.
