Perfect for the brand new students of yoga​ and for the seasoned student wanting to refine and deepen the​ir​ knowledge.​ ​Nick will break down poses deeply from the soles of the foot to the top of the head in a safe, guided way. Learn how to embody the general shape of the pose, engage your muscles, align your bones, stretch your body, and create deep breath awareness. Nick’s teachings stem from the Iyengar yoga system, which focuses tremendously on the alignment of the outer and inner body. No vinyasa. All levels welcome. Injuries welcome.

Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
