Standing poses are some of the most common shapes in every public yoga class. They challenge us to build leg strength, stamina, and mental focus but because we practice them so regularly it is easy to fall into habitual patterns that decrease their effectiveness.
In this two day workshop Chris will break down the relationship between outer alignment and inner action and address both building strength and increasing flexibility. Expect detailed instruction, demonstration and the use of props.

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops.
