Saturday 10:00-12:30 INVERSIONS IN MOTION 

Going upside down in your yoga practice can full of freedom and fun, but it can also be intimidating. Learn from a number of opportunities within a natural vinyasa flow where you can move into inversions without making them such a big deal. This practice is great for students who are new to the inversion practice, or advanced students who are looking for creative new transitions to start adding to their repertoire. Come with an open mind and willingness to explore a higher level of body awareness as we float with ease through the fluid movements of yoga.

Sunday 10:00-12:30 A COMPLETE PRACTICE 

Join Patrick for a yoga practice moving through a series of poses that will work to create a connection between body and mind! Feel a true connection to the moment as we find different poses for centering the mind and moving to the rhythm of your breath. This all levels practice is a great way to open up the body, explore new opportunities and challenges while still having plenty of time to stay grounded in your comfort zone.

Patrick Beach teaches vigorous and fluid vinyasa yoga that builds strength, creates flexibility and inspires play. Patrick’s teaching goes beyond intelligent alignment; moving any willing student to an introspective, holistic experience that opens the chakras and cultivates awareness. Patrick travels the world leading workshops, retreats and training modules. His media presence has allowed him to share yoga on a global scale, through his followers on InstagramFacebook and YouTube, his engaging work with CodyApp and his features in Cosmopolitan UK, People Magazine, Yoga Digest, Draze, Mantra, and Origin Magazine. 

A traveling yoga teacher, Carling is known for her lighthearted attention to detail and staunch commitment to the growth of her students. Connecting individuals to the practice through intelligent and informed sequencing, compassionate, intentional adjustments, and relevant alignment instruction. Carling’s teaching is designed to give students the tools and techniques to access their own unique body’s needs, create new connections and continue to find the center of themselves each time they step on their mats. As a balance to her time on the mat, Carling is trained as a Doula, certified in Nutritional Therapy, thrives on creating and cooking delicious meals for her family and friends, and fuels her creativity into writing as much as possible.

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
