Ayurveda is the 5,000-year-old science of life that teaches us how to balance our Dosha — our unique type — that is often a mix of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ann’s consultations evaluate your mind-body type (prakrti) and imbalances (vikrti). A session involves taking a detailed history of the patient to get a clear ideas of the causative factors involved in current health conditions. Ann will evaluate your pulse, tongue, eyes, skin and nails. You will receive an Ayurvedic plan of diet, health routine, yoga, pranayama, meditation and herbal recommendation.
