New Year’s Day Schedule

We’re offering 2 incredible classes to start your year off right!

Om Ganesha! 8:30am — 10am with Britt B. Steele: Another year has passed, and whether you whoop it up New Year’s Eve or spend the evening chillaxing, nothing does a soul better than an uplifting, invigorating, and purifying yoga class on New Year’s morning. Blow open the door to your most brilliant year yet with Britt B. Steele and Ganesh (the jovial elephant headed deity statue that sits at the head of the class). Britt’s 1½ hour multi-level class includes radiant flows, deep twists for purification, pranayama, music dedicated to Elephant power, yogic pointers to blast yourself free from the habits that bind you, and practices to support a powerful start to your 2013.

Open to Love! 10:30am — 12pm with Lauren Danner: Let’s open our hearts to a brand new year of possibility! We have the ability to make old things new and new things old with the shift of our vision, the gift of words to convey the sparkle of emotion behind love, the pleasure of choice- to commit or not from one fleeting moment to the next, and the wisdom that even what is concrete, is not mine or yours but ours to share. In this vigorous 90 minute power vinyasa class we will root down into our intentions for the new year, and commit to an open heart to stay mindfully committed to our biggest dreams and celebrate even our smallest accomplishments. Together we will explore the temporary state of being stuck and work very accessible techniques to remain open to the possibilities that are available to us.
