In this workshop we will learn basic brain structure and function. I will talk about how the body and brain communicate and how yoga and meditation help with stress, anxiety, PTSD and depression. We will discuss how neuroplasticity works and why yoga helps us learn. I will be talking about the studies that back it all up. We will be sitting the first 15 minutes and I will allow the last 15 for questions. The rest of the workshop will be a gentle vinyasa flow for all levels.



Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
