Natalie Gildersleeve

IMG_9746Natalie teaches a dynamic and inspiring movement-based class that will challenge you to maintain a steady connection to your breath, encouraging an investigation into the ways the practice can support awareness on and off the mat. She intelligently guides you through creative sequences and challenging flows, building strength and flexibility. Natalie’s 500 hour yoga certification and alignment-based training anchors her approach to teaching mindful vinyasa yoga. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is dedicated to continually refining her teaching as well as maintaining her role as a student.
Complementing her vinyasa training, Natalie has cultivated a special interest in prenatal yoga. Drawing from personal experience of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting, Natalie creates a yoga inspired path to help women gain a greater trust in their own bodies. She is a loving mama of two boisterous children who teach her daily that the practice of yoga extends beyond the mat.
