This class is about connection, confidence, and self-care. In these intimate, supportive sessions you will get specific, normalizing information about your post-partum body along with safe strengthening practices to help you decrease discomfort and relate compassionately to change. You’ll develop alert relaxation skills to decrease stress and anxiety, and use your babies’ natural, in-the-moment presence to regulate emotion and quiet mental noise.

Devon Riley is interested in therapeutics, balancing weight across joint spaces, and mindfulness as a tool for deconstructing privilege and furthering social justice. She thinks of the practice space – temporally and spatially – as a safe house. A place to test theories, do research, be vulnerable, compare notes, and build habits that help us. She wants to help people feel at home in their bodies and in the world.   Being a mother is her strongest calling, and building community and confidence around the magical and mundane process of making and raising humans is a significant part of that work.

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
