To complement this lecture Rosie will offer a well-balanced asana practice with music and end with a Meditation for Freedom. Meditations with movement, mudra and mantra are techniques that can be powerful additions to your daily practice, especially in times of need. Experience how your practice can become a source of Love, Gratitude and Freedom in your body, home and relationships.

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
