All sections will go in depth through alignment, breath, bandha and dristi. We will discuss the primary and secondary actions of each posture while taking our attention to connecting postures though inten- tional vinyasa. Students will be given the space to try postures a few times to really get them dialed in. Plenty of time will be made for questions and concerns. Modifications of postures will also be discussed. *Open to all students with at least 6 months yoga practice of any style.
