These workshops are designed for yoga teachers, practitioners, athletes and desk jockeys alike, who wish to learn more about their hips and shoulders, how they function, and more importantly how they don’t! Learn practical ways you can use yoga and knowledge of anatomy and kineseology to apply to your yoga practice. This will include a functional anatomy review, a yoga practice applying the anatomy and kineseology of each weekend’s area of focus, as well as a self care primer using trigger point and myofacial release
Whether you prefer a self practice model or love a class setting, this workshop will give you the info and tools to take to the mat, and leave you equipped to better understand and experience what it means to have healthy mobile hip joints and healthy mobile shoulder joints.

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
