Dr. Maeshowe Pierce

Dr. Maeshowe Pierce is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. She originally began at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ and transferred to follow her dreams of living in the Northwest. She grew up in Phoenix, AZ and went to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. She majored in Medical Anthropology originally hoping to help bridge the communication and cultural barriers often present in the medical world. Yet she always had a passion for natural medicine, so when she took a wrong turn on the way to work one day, and passed Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, things just fell into place. And the rest is history!

Dr. Pierce loves working with all ages and all health concerns. She feels it is exciting and rewarding to piece together the puzzle of illness and health. Her belief is that Naturopathic medicine affords us the opportunity to explore what true health is on a personal level. This exploration is different for each person and often a journey of revelations. She sees health, peace, and happiness as closely tied and feels that it is a privilege and an honor for her to facilitate people on this journey. This is her passion.
