Core strength, inversions, arm balances, ease, AND fun. Going into strength mode and doing inversions can be both terrifying and exhilarating. These poses recharge the body and mind by increasing circulation of blood, oxygen and energy, stimulating the endocrine and immune system. They help you develop mental and physical strength with balance and flexibility. When we confront the things that scare us and are difficult from a loving and mindful place, we can break down the illusions of our perceived limits. Moving with the fear, embracing its presence, can bring freedom in so many ways. Are we really afraid of falling or are we afraid of flying? Practice and hone the skills to manage whatever comes up, and then, apply them to your life. *This is an intermediate level workshop, but will offer some pose modifications, if needed. It is not appropriate for pregnant women.


Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
